CutoutFox Terms of Service - User Agreement & Guidelines

Welcome to CutoutFox. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the "Service") located at https://cutoutfox.io.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

CutoutFox provides online AI video background removal tools to help creators, designers, and businesses prepare video assets. Our Service allows you to:

• Upload videos and select a clip: Upload supported MP4, MOV, or WebM files and select a continuous segment for processing, subject to the file size and duration limits displayed on the platform.
• Remove video backgrounds: Use AI to separate foreground subjects from the background, with person or object modes suited to your footage. Results depend on the source material and may require review before use.
• Choose audio settings: Keep or remove the original audio track when processing a video. Removing the audio track does not perform background noise reduction.
• Preview and download results: Compare the original video with the processed result and, subject to the applicable account, plan, or credit requirements, download an available WebM video with an alpha transparency channel for editing, compositing, presentations, or marketing content.

Image background removal, removal of selected objects from images or videos, and audio background noise reduction are planned features and are not currently available. Image comparisons shown on the website are illustrative previews. Available features, supported formats, processing limits, and download requirements are those displayed on the platform at the time of use.

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

• Generate, request, upload, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content, including nudity, sexual acts, sexualized depictions, fetish content, or any substantially similar material
• Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or evade any safety, moderation, or content filtering controls implemented by CutoutFox

To maintain a safe platform and comply with payment and platform requirements, CutoutFox enforces content safety controls for all AI generation features.

• We may automatically review prompts, metadata, and related generation inputs using moderation tools before processing requests
• Requests identified as NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise prohibited may be blocked, rejected, or removed
• Repeated or severe violations may result in generation limits, account suspension, termination, and reporting to relevant service providers where required by law or platform policy

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that content moderation is a required condition of using CutoutFox.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CutoutFox and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

If you purchase any services from us, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All payments are:

• Processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Subject to the payment provider's terms and conditions
• Non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CutoutFox and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
